In every action movie, the never ending heroes versus villains has always been one of the most anticipated parts in the film that is why when the movie G.I Joe: Rise of the Cobra was released, a constant debate among fans on which side they are one has never died. And with that, knowing a little more about the G.I Joes and the Cobras could go a long way in deciding which side are you on.

The G.I Joe Team is the protagonist in the movie. They are the ones who were delivering the warheads to NATO and as Duke and Ripcord was delivering the warheads, they were ambushed by the Baroness who was Ana Lewis, Duke’s ex-fiancé. During the ambush, the two were rescued by other members of the G.I Joe team like Scarlett, Snake Eyes, Heavy Duty and Breaker who brought the warheads to the G.I Joe’s command center in Egypt.

The Cobra team on the other hand is the antagonist in the film. The Cobra Commander was the one who ordered the Baroness to ambush the two G.I Joes. He wants to get the warhead to cause panic among the people and to bring a new world order in the society. After the ambushed was foiled, he then sends Storm Shadow and the Baroness to reclaim the warheads.
